What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Due to specific shipping restrictions, not all products can be shipped via standard courier. All firearms, optics and accessories will be shipped via Canada Post. All ammunition, solvents, reloading powder, primer and aerosol purchases must be shipped by ground courier (a PO Box is not accepted). It is our policy to only ship restricted firearms to the physical address that the buyer has on file with the CFO. We do not ship firearms with ammunition. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

 

 

What is Your Shipping Policy?

We are unable to ship firearms and/or ammunition (including primers and/or powder) to the USA.

Ammunition (including primers and powder) must be shipped ground and may incur additional expense.

Insurance will be added to every shipment sent at the rate of .50 cents for every $100. this is non-negotiable.

Return Freight for Warranty and Service is not covered for refund!

Free Shipping Promotions.

Free Shipping Promotions do not apply to the following:

  • Items indicating they will not ship free
  • Orders shipping to extended areas or oversize and weight where additional freight charges are applied by Canada Post.
  • Ammunition, Powder, or other dangerous goods.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. If you have purchased a non-restricted firearm or ammunition please allow an additional 24 hours for license verification. If you have purchased a restricted firearm please allow additional time for the transfer to be approved by the CFO.

Do I Need a PAL to Purchase Items on This Website?

Firearms and ammunition purchases by law require the appropriate firearms license. We will require your PAL information for these products. You can enter this information during checkout and we will keep it on record until it expires so it will not required for future purchases on your account. Your date of birth is required for non-restricted products. Restricted purchases also require the gun club or range name you are a member of and your city/town of birth.

The purchase of items other than Firearms or Ammunition will not require your PAL.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can place an order by visiting our online catalogue and adding items you wish to purchase to your cart.

How To Buy Firearms Online?

When you checkout your online firearms purchase you will be asked to fill in your full name and shipping address. You will also be asked your PAL number, PAL expiry date, and birth date. Restricted firearms will require the name of your city/town of birth and gun club.

If it is a non-restricted firearm we will confirm your PAL as valid and ship to you via either Canada Post Expedited with signature required, Loomis Express with signature required, or Armour Transportation Systems with signature required.

An email with tracking is sent to you once the order is completed.

If it is a restricted firearm, we will submit the electronic transfer request through the RCMP, and then wait to get the approval from your Provincial CFO. Depending on the province this can take from 2-21 days. We take care of the approval process and you are not required to do anything. Once we have the approval we will ship and provide tracking.

If you are not home at delivery time a Canada Post tag will be left and you can pickup at your local post office. If the order was sent using Loomis or Armour, depending on the item, it may be left at the door, the package may be delivered on another day, or it may be sent to a local depot for you to pickup.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

In order to place an order online, you must create an account on our website. However, you can call in your order without the need of an account.

What is your Return Policy?

Firearms and sporting goods unclaimed or returned to sender without a valid reason or pre-authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee, also returning shipping charges will be billed to the customer.  All Sales of USED Firearms are FINAL!  Return Freight for Warranty and Service is not covered for refund!

How Do I Put an Item on Layaway?

The Gun Dealer will allow you to put  up to two (2) guns on layaway at one time. The following policies you should be aware of:

1) To qualify for layaway, one quarter (25%) of the purchase price  must be paid in advance, with a payment being made every 30 days until paid in full.

2) Cancellation or transferring of the layaway will result in a 10% restocking fee for the total price of the gun.

3) Failure to pay for purchased items in full after three (3) months will result in forfeit of the down payment.

4) To place a item on layaway, the item must be more than $300.00

5) Consignment firearms are not eligible for layaway.

Example:

$1000.00 purchase made July 12th, 2017, minimum payment $250 plus tax qualifies you to layaway the firearm.

Payment Schedule:

August 12th, 2017 $250.00 plus tax

September 12th, 2017 $250.00 plus tax

October 12th, 2017 Final payment $250.00 plus tax
